Need does not always look like desperation. Sometimes it looks like clean clothes, a steady voice, and a person doing their best to hold on to dignity while everything around them is uncertain. A pressed shirt or a smile should never disqualify someone from receiving help. Before judging how someone looks, listen to their story. A person in need is still a person in need.
